    Remote Shoppe is a division of PPE Distributing Inc. and is a family owned and operated business. We started more than 4 years ago to share news and information on universal remote controls and home automation systems. We've spent countless hours programming consumer and professional remote controls from Logitech, Universal Remote Control, Universal Electronics Nevo, RTI, TVCompass (ESPN Remote), Philips, Monster Central and more. We have also programmed home automation systems with products and technology including Elk, X10, Insteon, Z-Wave, HomeSeer and others. We actually install and use many of the remotes we sell and we're happy to share our experience and expertise with you.

    Remote Shoppe is an Authorized Reseller for the products you see on this site including (but not limited to) Audio Authority, Monster Central, TV Compass - makers of the ESPN Remote, Schmartz, ps3toothfairy, IR2BT, Universal Electronics Nevo and many more. We are also certified by Philips as a Pronto Certified Installer.

    SALES TAX
    Sales tax is only collected on orders shipping into New York. Please note that the sales tax for New York orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.

    Unfortunately we have been experiencing problems with International orders and you may notice extremely high shipping costs or problems using your credit card.     RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE
    SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 14 days from the original date of delivery for a refund.

    To return a product in compliance with RemoteShoppe.com's satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 days within which return products must be received by RemoteShoppe.com. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. RemoteShoppe.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number.

    Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to RemoteShoppe.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, RemoteShoppe.com's Return Procedure will be breached and RemoteShoppe.com may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

    RemoteShoppe.com will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges.

    RemoteShoppe.com is a reseller only. Products sold by RemoteShoppe.com are not manufactured by RemoteShoppe.com.
